Alhambra Auto Box

Just brought a 2001 alhambra 1.9 auto 115bhp.

Are these ok for towing a caravn, will the box take the load? will the oil get too hot??

 

Also was thinking of a tuning box thing to give it a bit more oompfff ( is that how you spell it??)

But was unsure to how much power the box can handle??

Depends on the size/weight of the van really. If you stay within the advised towing limits you shouldn't have any problems. Most people who use the auto for towing suggest using the manual shift/tiptronic though so the box doesn't labour so much. :angry: Andy.
