Drivers Footwell Water Ingress

Hi, i know this has come up before but i cant find it anywhere.

 

The front Drivers footwell and under seat is soaked its not screen wash so that eliminated, and the scuttle drains seem clear they seem to drain from the wheel arch.

Ive not heard of the drivers side before either usually passenge side

 

For the record its a 2000 pre facelift V6

not sure if this helps, but, I had an awful leak in the passengers side footwell and went back to the dealers (I'd bought it second hand) and it turned out that Ford knew about it and they paid all the costs to rectify (which was aroung
