Ford Galaxy 2003 2.3 Ghia 5000 Radio With Cd Changer

Hi all

 

This is my first post. I would like to find out is it possible to connect my in-car PC through my Factory fit 5000 radio with 6 disk CD changer. I have a 300 watt 4 channel AMP still to fit but not sure of the best method, I also have multi function steering wheel and would still like to use this to control volume. any advice would be great.
