Aux Belt Tensioner Removal

EDIT: I changed said tensioner this afternoon, just one large bolt holding it in position, what I can't get my head around is this. Whilst wondering how to remove it I went down to our local Ford parts department to have a look at the part and see if I could figure out how it is fitted and my wife got a quote for Ford to do the work.
