Having looked at various aux drive belts from various manufacturers, I have come to the conclusion that the spring loaded tensioner on our p reg 2.0 Galaxy is the wrong one. The roller seems too narrow and sliced a couple of ribs off of our previous belt. That is, unless there is some kind of plastic roller which fits onto the metal part? Does anyone know if there is more than one type of tensioner for the 2.0 block? Has anyone got a picture of the correct tensioner? This is such a stupid little fault yet it's keeping the car off of the road. Can anyone help?

After checking again, I think that I'm missing some kind of plastic wheel that fits on the metal bearing of the tensioner, is this available from Ford or VW or elsewhere seperately does anyone know?
