Creaking Noise

hi every one my galaxy has a creaking/squeak whislt driving in normal conditions its not there all of the time

also my heater controls have failed any ideas where i can get a replacment as i have a 2.8 ghia "all electric inside"

i have a 2.8 ghia and has been creaking for a while.it has been into fords today and had a ball joint replaced and is now creak free :D
