Difference Between Warranty Types

Could anyone tell me what differences there are between a Ford Direct Warranty and a standard Ford Warranty in its 3rd year?

 

Reason why I ask is my Ford Direct warranty has now expired but I still have 3months remaining before the car is officially 3 years old.

 

The only difference I can see so far is the absence of RAC cover.
