After Market Gear Knobs?

Hey everyone,

 

I've just ordered a new Console and Gear Gaitor as mine was broken when I bought it, so now I'd like a nice gear knob of some sort to set the center area off now but looking around I find loads but all say

PLEASE NOTE THIS GEAR KNOB IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CARS WITH 'LIFT UP REVERSE'

 

Anyone know a place where this is not the case?

there are a few after market ones available if you look hard enough! or you could go for the OE carbon fibre effect or leather versions available over the counter at a dealers near you :D to go with the carbon fibre version you can get the door switch plates and the dash center consule trim to match :blink:

Try these guys, they seem to have a few. I got mine from the market in our city centre, cost about a tenner. brushed aluminium with a metallic dark blue band round the middle. fits either pull up or normal,

nothing boy racer about it! it just looks a better than the plain drab grey/black panels :D these parts were standard fit on some models!

Mines a "pull up" "push down" (repeat several times very quickly) type of knob. :)

One time i was tanking down the A38, nice steady 70 and BOIIIIIING!!, Completely unprovoked, my knob popped off and landed in my wifes lap who was sitting in the front passenger seat. Pesky loose screw.
