Roof Box

Hi

I want a roof box for my 2002 Galaxy TDI but hate the way they look.

Surely someone must make a box that fastens to the original roof bars instead of having to put a roofrack on.

The plan is that if they make one like that then to :( have it sprayed black to match the car.

Then at least when I do put one on it will look better than a big roofrack aswell.

You do not need to put a roof rack on, but all boxes have to fit to two traverse roof bars which either fit to the roof or to the rails in the case of the Galaxy.

 

You can get many roof bars and boxes that come in black. Take a look at Roofbox as one supplier.

:) Halfords do a range in carbon fibre look, although no roof bar kits. paddy hopkirk do them around the

[gazza007]

This is mine had it 7 years, originally from Halfords.
