Do we have this snow screen if so where is located in galaxy how often does it have to be cleaned.looked up freds tdi forum they say it might cause shudder on the car thats what im expriencing between 1500 to 2000 revs the car has a slight shudder especialy when accelerating uphill.

if it's fitted it will be in the air box intake pipe in the wing or they could be talking about the filter screen in the MAF houseing?

in the air box intake pipe in the wing, is this a hole that goes into the left front wheel(only seen whem you take out the filter housing) got this all off in changing my cambelt) .do you have to take off the front wheel cover (dirt protection) sorry the explanation dont know some tecnical terms for the parts

if there is one it will be in the pipe from the filter box that goes to the hole in the wing? or clipped in the hole in the wing? there appears to be some sort of filter/sheild that is located in this region on some models? do you get much snow where you are? :lol:

Theres hardly snow in Portugal but theres a lot of snow in Germany where i imported car the from.What bothers me is the shudder i can feel when accelerating between 1500 and 2000 revs.Just measured the maf 928 was the reading so i think that mafs ok.Only egr valve that has a slight leak is next step to see.The vibration on heavy acceleration was corrected with wheel balance. Any other sugestions for this shudder issue?

:lol: the fine (ish) grill in front of the cold air intake located in the upper left hand corner of the main radiator grill near the bonnet release.

 

B) Snow is not usually a problem in the UK in July....... :lol:
