mikej Posted July 11, 2006 Author Report Posted July 11, 2006 Talking to a friend today and mentioned my aircon was shot .He told me of a local guy who was pretty good on the old aircon scene so before i ordered a new compressor i thought give him a call for a second opinion anyway after a chat he had a look and asked if the previous aircon bods had put any oil in the system first? no idea i said so he asked if i would mind if he put some in and regassed it, feel free !!Guess what "WORKING FINE COLD AND QUIET" lol kicking in and out as it should , no screaming noises from engine bay no burning rubber smells and vibrations through pedel  thats a few more pounds in my pocket well for now anyway ,fingers crossed Quote
