Ivor_E_Tower Posted July 29, 2006 Report Posted July 29, 2006 I had a look at the new Galaxy and S-max at my dealer last week. Neither comes with a spare wheel/tyre. Plus the fold-flat seats mean that the floor isn't that strong. Galaxy still does not have an ashtray/rubbish bin for the middle row of seats which is a serious omission in a family car. Also the third row seems to make you have to sit twisted to fit your feet under the "outer" middle row seats. Very disappointed with both cars. The front pilars are also very thick and obstruct visibility - maybe even worse than in the Original Galaxy. Looks like, if I ever have any money, it will be an Espace next time round for me Quote

Looks like, if I ever have any money, it will be an Espace next time round for me I thought that the silver centre console looked horrible, together with the "aircraft" type brake handle. The roof storage boxes were an interesting addition - they rattled when they were empty - imagine the noise next to your ear when they're full of junk. Fortunately for me this will be my last MPV, so it better last - An Octavia VRS will be next for me - one can dream! Quote
