Guest miket Posted July 5, 2006 Report Posted July 5, 2006 I am about to replace the mass air flow meter on my Galaxy, sluggish until 2000 rpm etc, I have been told I will have to reset the cpu to get the benefit from a new maf, can I just disconnect the battery or will it have to be plugged in by a Ford dealer to do this? Masked Marauder Posted July 5, 2006 Report Posted July 5, 2006 You just replace the MAF, no need to reset anything. Quote
