Alternative To Continental Sport Contact Tyres

Advice please, I need to replace the front tyres on my 1997 Galaxy GhiaX, I have rung up numerous local tyre dealers for a price on two 215/60 x 15 95H CH90 Continental Sport Contacts - all come back with the same response - can't get hold of them, not being manufactured at present.

Some have said they can get the correct size, but they are not re-inforced, said I really don't need re-inforced tyres at this size.

 

Don't know where to go from here, has anybody used any other makes of tyres in this size?? are they re-inforced, any advice will be appreciated.

The following thread may be of some help. I'm sure you can fit the 205's on your rims. I got a good price for the CH90's.

Have just replaced the fronts on my 2.3 Ghia with Continental 215 60 15 ch 90 and phoned a couple of local dealers and all had them in stock and no mention of short supply. got them for

We got Pirelli P6's for our 97 Ghia.Asfar as I can tell these are recommended for mpv's and have a load rating of,I,think ,98 so should do the job.By the way they were 215/60/15's
