Sat Nav Screen On Galaxy

hi can anyone help me please.

right i have 02 galaxy with the rns-mfd sat nav, all is well with it but one thing wrong the screen is so dark that i can bearly see the bloody thing, tried to take it to ford and they just said it cannot be repaired but i will have to have a new unit at a cost of

Welcome to the forum....don't take this question the wrong way but have you tried adjusting

the contrast in the settings menu? Just a thought, might get it bright enough to use? Also

try adjusting the 'lights on/lights off' settings, you can set it to either/or...

 

If that doesn't work pm me and I'll send you the name/number of a guy in Bromsgrove

who may be able to help/point you in the direction of a repairer...

I had a fault on my ford mfd sat nav and these guys were able to help.

They're Blaupunkt's approved repairers and therefore know what they are doing.
