There is a place called roofbox.co.uk (or very similar) that does a big rubberised car mat that goes from the tail to behind the first row of seats. Over

Hi All

Just thought I'd mention that I can get you car mats in grey which cover the whole rear and two front footwells for around

mstraxs,

are you saying, therefore, that the entire floor area is in fact covered by these then? How exactly do we get them?

HI

sorry guys I've had computer problems for over a week now and haven't been able to log on. Yeah I can get the mats. I live in France and get them for clients all over the world. Not just Galaxys but other makes too. I have loads of contacts in the car upholstery business. I don't know why but my friends around here all seem to have jobs in the car making business.

Anyway if you are interested I will post the photo again. In fact I'll try now.

The photo I will try was my own Galaxy and it was last winter so excuse the messy car! The mats looked creased or ill fitting but thats just cause they came out the packet. They have been in well over a year and look great. I only wish I had put them in sooner to save the originals from all those dropped sweets and spilt milk!

Let me know what you think.

Go down to your local carpet shop and get a cheap offcut. Then use a Stanley Knife and do it yourself. Took me around 5 minutes and it looks perfect. Plus, you get to choose your own colour!!!! Added bonus is once it is dirty you can throw away as they only cost
