Ford galaxy 1.9tdi 110bhp vw engine

Car starts first touch in the mornings from cold

but as soon as it as been running for 10 mins,warmed up a little

if i turn engine of it cranks over for around 10 secs befor it starts

Ive had new Glow plugs fitted

New fuel filter fitted

Is there anything else i can try or change ??
