over the last few day i have notice that when i click a link it opens a new window and shuts down the original one! which at time is a pitb :) any ideas? also if it does open the new window and keeps the original the new window is half size and it's position on the screen is never in the same position! again not life threatening but its still a pitb :(

tried ie7 it has a few other quirks that mean that it doesnt run with some of my other software :) but never mind they know about these little problems and are looking into them :(

Been running Opera for at least six years now, also have all my email & newsfeeds on it.

 

And I've got it on my mobile :(

I think Opera is head and shoulders above every other web browser available, and since last year it has had no adverts in the free version.

 

I use it on my PDA too, they have just released the first full version.

Open a new window, resize and position it and then whilst holding down Ctrl close it and when you open a new window next time it should have defaulted to full size.

If I Open a new window, resize and position it and then close it (no ctrl key) it opens up exactly then same as I closed it, what effect does the ctrl key have ? Thanx

Downloaded the beta Office 2007, so far very impressed, everything working fine. Works as Beta until February 2007 too. I removed old office software after backing up the personal folders and imported them into Beta 2007 office, i.e. outlook etc, try it, very slick.

Definately sounds like a spyware / malware issue to me too................
