Ok...if this does not work then i give up,the amount of people that wanted a meet,the amount that said yes to where and when,,,,and how many have confirmed????4!!!!

Right.so here goes.Regional meet at savernake at end of July.Hands up please if you are going to attend.All i want is names.Details like overnight/bbq/etc,,arranged WHEN and IF peeps put their names down.

Hi MO4 whilst I admire your determination INHO I think you are trying for the wrong time of year for both the Alton Towers meet and Savernake. At the end of July alot of people will be thinking of places further a field. It is the time of Summer holidays, 2 weeks in the sun...etc. Some people will have been and come back again, to miss the time when all the kids are off, so money might be tight. Those with kids will be getting ready for when the schools break up. I think you may have more luck later in the year when people may need something else to look forward to before the ravages of Christmas hit the finances. I hate to see you banging your head against a brick wall. :) Andy.

Hmm...but i never chose the time...the votes did.savernake is cheap as far as i know....and having 4 kids, weve never had a holiday anyway...in fact we havent had one in 5 yrs!!!!!!I know that i wont be able to attend later in the year as hubby will be on active duty possibly in afghan...

 

I shall leave it to the peeps to decide on here.....like i did last time.

Haven't had a holiday? Go with Hubby to Afghanistan - it's hot it's foreign (they do a mean curry!) and best of all HMG pays for it!!

 

You could send a postcard " Having a great time wish you were here" and mean it!! :)
