Guest kd035050 Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 I will get a price, are they much stiffer than the origonal part or just a bit stiffer? Quote
Masked Marauder Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 In non-galaxy applications I have found them to be acceptably stiffer. Quote
Guest kd035050 Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 thanks for that, I will get a price for them and all being well the bolts will come off without breaking. Cheers Quote
Guest 3.5bullet Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 if you want a standard shock that is slightly firmer and uprated try VW they do heavy duty and sports shocks for the sharan, the lower mount is a nut and bolt fixing the top mounting is into a threaded insert and can be the awkward on to remove! clean the dirt off the bolt and apply plenty of releaseing agent a few days before you attempt the swap!
