That Maplins one looks like its meant for the boot area as its a stand alone one.

The Veba DIN unit looks nice but if I was to leave a DVD player in the dash I know it wouldnt be there when I got back :rolleyes:

 

I have one of the Centurion units (the display on mne is blue not green as in the Maplin photo) and it orks very well. We just sit it on the floor in the middle of the Galaxy then the kids can choose what they want.

 

Mine came with two screens. It was about

Yeah I can understand about being careful where you leave it.

Not too bad here, quiet area but then thats not always a good thing.

Seriously considering buying another player so they can watch different DVD's as the tastes of a 2 1/2 yr old boy and a 9 1/2 year old girl tend not to agree most of the time !!!!

Went to Norwich last week and picked one up in the Maplin shop.

 

The wiring harness for my original twin screen Centruion DVD player has been successfully butchered and tomorrow the kids will be watching different DVD's so that should hopefully stop the arguments.

 

SWMBO can put her iPOD on and leave me to listen to the radio in peace :D
