Head Lining At The Front (windscreen Area)

Ok peeps,

 

Not really a technical Q, but I'm having problems all the same.

 

Last week I noticed the head lining at the front was coming unstuck, not sure if this was down to the recent new alarm going in as the ran the UltraSonic wire there from one side to the other.

 

Anyway, I can't seem to get it to stick.

 

I phoned my local Fraud garage and they simply said we don't sell it but we send people to Halfrauds, ask for Spray Adhesive.

 

So I took a trip down and bought 2 cans, 1 Heavy Duty and 1 Permanent.

well I replaced my headlining.. and I still havent got around to doing up the front - I always thought it was an adhesive though.

If all else fails use GRIPFILL!!! :blink:

Spray adhesive takes time to set,,,,,,,use double sided carpet tape,,,its 50mm wide,,,so fold it in two and stick it in place,,,,,,,,,,, :blink:

I tried double sided tape but no go with that also.

Once the sun hits it, it just comes unstuck.
