:D I have a fault on a 1.9tdi it has 235000 miles on the clock, (just run in) the car starts fine from cold but as soon as you switch it off you have to wait for it to cool down before it will restart, the glow plug light does not come on and the engine just spins over and over, as soon as the car has cooled down the glow plug light illuminates and it will start, has anyone had this problem before if so what was it please?

Congratulations on the mileage. Mine is 125000. The only starting problems I've had over the last 4 years is battery and fuel filter, but your symptons don't sound familiar.

 Well sorted it, relay 109 was the problem, it was ok from cold but after 2 Min's of running engine, relay 109 became warm enough to stick closed and so no circuit.
