anyone changed a sharan or galaxy petrol to diesel??

I'm not an expert but..................The physical engine change would probably be ok, however, you would probably need a new ECU, dash controls, vacuum pump, etc, etc.

 

One of my neighbours was considering converting a Renault and ended up buying a diesel car instead.

 

Hopefully other members will give more detailed advice.
