NikpV Posted April 30, 2006 Report Posted April 30, 2006 just because the extension says jpeg doesn't mean that they are in any standard format try using gif format (I think that its less variable - at least I've had less trouble with that format in the past). Quote
Gteuk Posted April 30, 2006 Report Posted April 30, 2006 There are various types oh JPG format it will always save in lossy format but it must be RGB not CMYK format and best at 72DPI for internet use. if you use any higher resolution the size may be too big. Quote

Oi .. you implying something ... as to the image if you are taking every fifth pixel you could be just unlucky in the ones it chooses whenit resizes- how about resizing in something you have control over then uploading the final image - eg irfanview, photoshop etc Quote
