Tow Bar Electrics

I have a 1995 Galaxy and have just fitted a tow bar which was very straight forward.

 

I now want to know if anyone can tell me how to wire the twin sockets up in the car. (it's the wires in the car that I need to know, brake lights ect.) (which colour is which) I have the wires in the right hand jack compartment ready but im not sure which wires goes where.

 

I am sure that I've found the connector that is used for the wiring. If so is there anywhere to buy the other part which will go onto the wiring from the twin sockets that I have as these are probably meant to splice into the indicators etc. (for any version that hasn't got the connector in already)

 

If I can do a simple lug in will I need a relay which I have anyway or does it not need it if connecting into the socket already in the car.

Bought the proper plug in wiring kit for it from Tow Trust, was a breeze to fit,
