Another Year Another A/c Problem

:rolleyes: I know its boring and been covered so many times, but now the summers coming it'll rear its ugly head once again:

 

I've not used my A/C for a while (for obvious reasons!), although I have periodically run it during the winter as you're supposed to do, I now come to use it today (65 degrees!) and after a new compressor and re-gas last year its stopped working again, no cold air even on the 'LO' setting. Fortunately it is covered under my warranty, so I have it booked in and can see a massive warranty claim coming their way. It has to be the most unreliable A/C system ever developed. So, anyone any idea what it might be this time, as it appears the compressor is actually working ? :P

Fuse F2 and/or Fuse F16 blown ??

 

I have to say that we never turn ours off and (touching huge baulk of timber) its one thing that has never had a problem :rolleyes:

Hiha folks... all this sounds too familier to me.. i've just booked mine back in after only two months from a gas top up...and dye added to help see where the leak is if any?...hope thay find out the problem this time ... its startin to p me off.bigtime..as the car goes, i'm quite happy... but what a s**t aircon ay? does any body get a year of use out of a unit without any probs? if so which god do you prey too :rolleyes: Edited April 23, 2006 by Masked Marauder

Never had any problems with mine yet (except for the idiot that's using it!!) Finger's crossed though! :(
