Why Do I Have "warn: (0%) In Profile?

Why do I have "Warn: (0%)" in my profile, with a number bars after it ?????

 

Does anyone else have this?

I haven't seen it before, have I done something wrong?

I assume not as it's showing 0% ?????

click on the 0% or what ever the number is to see the warnings given and by who :angry: :D
