Faulty Entry/door Light

My nearside door/entry light has stopped working, I have tried the obvious bulb change, and tried swapping units from right to left, but no power to the unit at all. Anyone any ideas ? I have also checked the switch for door open/closed and its working fine. :lol:

possibly a break in the wires as they go through the rubber boot between door and pillar

Aha, I will take a look this aft, hopefully a connector block will do the trick.

Thanks for the advice, been out this afternoon and pulled back rubber cover, there it was, clean break through one wire for the door lighting. Repaired using a small block in seconds, aren't forums like this wonderful ! :lol:
