It depends on whether you have the type that has a spanner to hold the joint or an Allen Key. Whichever it is it's jst as simple.. You would be better off removing the wheel - I didn't but it does give you more room. Unless the nuts are rusted or stuck it should take no more than 20 mins a side . Good luck. Oh and Yes they are the same either side so you order two of them. Quote
Ivor_E_Tower Posted April 3, 2006 Report Posted April 3, 2006 Hah! Drop links. Mine were changed just after I bought the car at 26 months old and under 20,000 miles. Last week they have started to knock again, less than 20,000 miles later Quote

Masked Marauder Posted April 5, 2006 Report Posted April 5, 2006 Hah! Drop links. Mine were changed just after I bought the car at 26 months old and under 20,000 miles. Last week they have started to knock again, less than 20,000 miles later Hah! Mine were changed last August and one is knocking again after 6 months! Quote
Wideboy Posted April 6, 2006 Author Report Posted April 6, 2006 Ordered some yesterday should be here today/tomorrow will let you know how it goes. Quote
Andrew T Posted April 6, 2006 Report Posted April 6, 2006 Mine started knocking within 10,000 miles of replacement, so I don't intend to replace them again until I have to. Having started knocking, the knocking doesn't seem to get any worse and it passed the MOT like that, so why worry? Quote
Dave-G Posted April 6, 2006 Report Posted April 6, 2006 For those who dont know what or where it is: http://www.citroenpicasso.org.uk/picasso/uploads/post-34-1111338992.jpg EDIT: Doh! I just looked at the link to seatkids post! Quote

Jeff115 Posted April 9, 2006 Report Posted April 9, 2006 Nice one, Wideboy - for a small component they certainly make a racket when worn and the knocking sound is amplified through the suspension. Regards,Jeff. Quote
