i have noticed that the factory fitted radio cd player in my gal as a problem, the volume control only lets the system get so loud? what i mean is you can turn it say half way and it sounds really nice, but try to then make it a little bit louder the actual volume level does not change even though theres atleast another good half turn in the volume dial?

Do you have the CLIP feature turned on? or have the AVC set at a low level? i
