Rear Wiper/washer

Have no rear washer or wiper, pump does not run (cant hear it) and wiper dead. checked wires in tailgate sleeve and seem ok, went to lok for relay but niether the handbook layout or description from similar threads matches the layout that I have on the rear of the fusebox. All fuses check ok is it going to be the switch itself?

when you checked the wires at the tailgate did you look a right into the rubber sleeve

reason being my centre brake light stopped working and found out that it was about a inch in side the rubber sleeve where the wire had broke, peeled it back at joined wires together .. sorted

kind of odd have the pump and wiper stop working at the same time.

failing that if got a multi meter or a tect/circuit tester can see if you have power to the rear wiper motor

Checked wire and pulled also in each direction but unfortunately it was ok, there was no 12v on the wire, hence my thoughts about the relay but as I said the layout was not as per diagram.
