Pipe?..and Loose.

Can someone please confirm if this black pipe is for the rear washer?.I was having a gander under the bonnet today and found it just dangling.It is attached to the washer bottle at the top.

Does your rear washer work ? what happens when you operate the rear washer? if you blow down this loose pipe what happens? do you blow bubbles in the washer bottle :( #

It is the breather, and it clips to the washer bottle filler neck - you can actually see the clips on your photo.

Ahhh...i take it you mean the two little white things on the neck of the big white thing...right...when i found it it was just dangling down.
