Timing Belt Change

I've read the other threads on this forum but I'm getting round to the first cambelt change on my Galaxy. Please note this includes timing belt, tensioner and idler.

 

Prices quoted so far include:

 

(1) BT Fleet Garage

If these prices include parts then you could save money by supplying the parts yourself. I used BT Fleet and supplied the parts - the labour charge was just 2.4 hours - @

I mentioned that I could supply the parts but he said that wouldn't be possible and he would need to do that. Jibbered on about the warranty etc.. but I would have only supplied original parts anyway. Should I pursue him about this??

 

This BT Fleet garage is in Stirling.

That depends on the relationship - My guy is very helpful and will do that kind of thing for me.

 

If you r car is under the warranty period I would rather let them do it (te Fleet garage is qualified for warranty purposes.
