Mr Poisson Posted March 6, 2006 Report Posted March 6, 2006 hi, first post so hello all.i had a failure of the windscreen wipers on the car and read through all the good stuff on here, followed the tis disc procedure and was on the verge of handing frauds lots of cash for a new wiper motor when i decided to check all the fuses again. the fuses to do with the wipers, washers etc all fine. however fuse 33, which on the fuse card shows as a fan,nothing to do with wipers etc, had blown?, changed fuse and wipers now work! theres nothing like a random fix. Topbloke Posted March 6, 2006 Report Posted March 6, 2006 i have an old addage never trust a fuse box guide check every fuse that you can find, i have a thory that the guys at the factory just put what they have in the bins and some times they even get it right !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
