lazyb5 Posted March 6, 2006 Report Posted March 6, 2006 just got an email from haynes saying they have no plans in the near future to release a manual for the ford galaxy year 2000 - 2005 ......oh well back to the ford tis Quote
mumof4 Posted March 6, 2006 Report Posted March 6, 2006 Thats a bit naff isnt it...ive got TIS..but the only thing so far ive managed to make sense of is how to take the front bumper off and put it back on again!! Quote
bigdaddy Posted March 6, 2006 Report Posted March 6, 2006 Elsawin from VW is suppose to be better than the TIS,,,,, Quote
El Dingo Posted March 8, 2006 Report Posted March 8, 2006 I think that Haynes are gradually giving up on car manuals. Every car I've had after 1990 doesn't have a Haynes Manual - and these aren't exactly exotic vehicles. A Haynes Product Manager told me two years ago that they only make manuals for cars that have sold over 50,000 units. Surely there have been more Mk2 Galaxy's than that? They seem to have concentrated on the US market, with no great sucess, and on novelty and semi-commercial production, again, with no great success. Personally, I wouldn't buy shares... Quote
gregers Posted March 8, 2006 Report Posted March 8, 2006 i thought they only produced manuels after 3 years of a new car coming out? Quote
