Can anyone please tell me what the relay is for under each of the front seats.

Are they for the heated seats ????????????

Do you have heated seats? if so do the wires from these relays go to the seats?

on the passenger side you should have a large black box and a relay, the large black box is the central locking ECU, IIRC the relay next to it is a load reducer for the rear hatch, fuel flap locking motors

Thanks for the help.

I've found the relay for the heated seats. The passenger side wasn't working but I've sapped the relays with each other & found that 1 of the relay's isn't working, so it's a trip to the local garage for a new one. Anyone any idea how much they cost ???????

As for the black box for the central locking I can't see that !!! Should it be easy to see (even without my glasses) :) ???

Yours is a 95? if so it should be there? as it was only moved in 98 to a position up under the dash IIRC when they changed the old style fuse panel to the later type

how do you know if you have them?

your bits get hot and sweaty !!!

Had a hire car once (not a galaxy) and as usual there was no manual in the glove box and the previous hirer must have turned them on.

Took a while to find the switch to turn them off !!!

They might be nice on a freezing cold morning but they are the last thing you want in the middle of summer !!!
