After racing off to a Ford dealer to be told the only relay 30 was in Coventry, we live in Rugby and at that moment were in Daventry!!! flip so we tried German and Swedish who had nothing like it. Listers (VW) in Coventry were not answering phone. Coventry parts had gone home early! So we went to a scrappers and managed to get the flippin relay 30 for Quote

How frustrating it is to be stone walled just for profit. we were beginning to feel that there was some kinda monopoly going on and no-one at all wanting to help. So the origninal part had we have been able to get it was just over 8 quid but my husband says sod Ford I'd rather pay the scrap man. And more importantly circumvented that damn computer diagnostic thing that they won't even discuss until you have coughed up at least Quote

PopDorset Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 We've been going to the same garage for about 12 years now...I trust them implicitly and they are right in the middle of nowhere...I'm not ashamed to plug them :D  Frampton Garage,Frampton,Dorset. Family firm, utterly trustworthy...first class service. Do you know, they did a rush job on our camping trailer last year when I lowered it to the floor in our garage ready for packing for our holiday, only to realise that one wheel bearing was completely shot. B) Within hours it was done, and we caught the ferry to France THAT EVENING!!!!! :) WOW now THAT'S service!!!! Thanks to Rodney Thorne at Frampton!!!!!! :D Quote

Blooming big thing with cars on some sort of racks.Anyway moved onto another annoying fault the flipping remote lock.
