Trip Counter

Had a prang in my Galaxy (2000 model 2.3 Ghia) a few months back that required a visit to a local body shop. Since then the trip counter seems to have been set to show service miles/last service? Cannot seem to clear this and get the trip counter back.

Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks

Look up re setting the service light in your handbook - it tells you how to do it.

 

Failing that hold in the trip button and turn off & on the ignition - that should do it.

Open bonnet, shut bonnet, press and hold the trip reset button while switching on the ignition, switch off ignition, release trip reset button, job done :) now thats
