Grandad Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 I recently had my S reg 2.8 V6 Galaxy in for a service at the local Ford dealer and was told the engine was a VW and definitely not a ford - "I've got it on the ramp and its a VW engine not a Ford!" I then went to a well respected independent VW dealer who said "It is definitely not a VW its a Ford , I can tell from the engine No! The engine No is VE 32614 - I'm sure there are many on this forum who know far more than either Ford or VW. Can anyone enlighten me? Many thanks. Grandad Quote
