My Tdi Keeps Going Into Get You Home Mode

Hi Can Anybody Help

I put a new engine in My tdi and it will run fine for a bit then lose power and wont rev above 3000 rpm i am told that i have to get the injector pump matched to the ecu when you plug in the obd it comes back with fuel tep sensor fault for say that it needs to go in there machine can anybody tell me if that is the case

My fuel temperature sensor is faulty and the car runs fine.

 

Try unplugging the MAF and see if there is any difference.

And change the air filter! (a la blatters..)

So Excuse my ignorance but what is a maf and where would i find it

and it has had a new air filter

Type maf into the search facility and prepare for a long read... :ph34r: Andy.

Actually type MAF. (with the full stop) - the search engine doesnt search 3 letter words.
