Access To Heated Mirror Relay

Can anybody tell me how to find the relay for heated mirrors on a 2002 tdi 115 pd ghia

 

the hand book says relay no 18 but I cant find any relays!

 

I think they are behind the fuse box but Im not sure how you get to them

 

any help appreciated

The Central Junction Box is a multi level affair. It is located above the fuses under the drivers dash, and has loads of connectors coming out of it. To get to the relays you have to remove a couple of screws and swing down the top level on a hinge.
