Replacing Spark Plugs

After looking under the bonnet can anyone advise on changing the spark plugs

 

as i looks rather cramped under the bonnet , i want to replace as i have had the

 

Car 3 years and i think its about time i changed them ,

 

i boughjt the car at 76,000 miles now at 88,521 thats over the 3 years i've had the car

 

i have replaced the air filter , pollen filter , fuel filter , oil + oil filter so

 

only the plugs to do now
