Hi

Can anyone give me a clue as to the torque settings for the rear wheel bearings of my Ka 3? I understand these have to be removed to get the rear drums off!

According to Ford TIS - 235Nm

Once tightened, the hub retaining nut must not be disturbed. If the torque setting requires to be checked the nut must be loosened two full turns and re-tightened.

Note: Rotate the hub while tightening the hub retaining nut.

to remove the rear hubs you do not remove the wheel nut. just remove the 4 bolts on the back plate (15-17mm i think, can't remember) make sure your'e hand brake's off then just pull the hub off. fitting is reverse off removal.
