Turning Over - Won't Start

Have got Mondeo 2.0L 16v GhiaX 'T'Reg 99. Car turns over but will not start. There is no spark from coil pack. Coil pack has been changed and Crank positioning sensor has been changed but will still not fire. The PATS key is working ok and Ford alarm is working ok.

 

Am lost as to what to check for now. Any help would be much appreciated please guys??
