Window Clamps

anyone got any ideas...the front N/S window keeps coming away from the clamps what can i use to stop them from coming out screw clamps..

Arildite or superglue,,,and lots of it :lol:

there must be a reason why they keep doing that?

 

or maybe not, in which case, glue sounds good.

To be Honest,,,I have never seen the clamps,,,,but I am going to assume they are u shaped sections of metal that the glass sits in,,,,,maybe they need a little squeeze to tightin them up so they grip the glass better,,,,but I would stick ( no pun intended) a little glue in anyway ;)

you need to loosen the clamps through the holes and then tighten them up again.

If it is still coming out after you re-clamp it properly then the rubber strip in the clamp needs renewed.
