Vw Parts And Cd/dvds

I notice people on here quoting VW part numbers etc and realise some parts must be the same, does any one know to what extent, also how do they compare on price to Ford bits.

Have seen several VW parts catalogues on CD and DVD on Ebay at varying prices, any advice whats the best one to look for.

The way the vehicle works is that Ford did the design work and VW did the parts sourcing, thats probably why the majority of parts are VW, hence why most parts from your local Ford dealers have a VW logo on them or come in a vw bag

the disc you want is called EKTA available from Ebay and most other good online shops :D it's easy to navigate round and unless your a total idiot you can find almost every thing including abs looms :D
