Having just read the post about water in ps footwell I thought I'd ask about my water invasion.

After heavy rain, I find a puddle of water in the drivers footwell, do I look at the same things mentioned for passenger side??

Also, again after a heavy downpour, when I turn, or brake, water seems to come from by the sunroof switchs and drip down.

Am I looking at a dodgy sunroof seal?

Thanks in advance

The roof leak sounds like blocked sun roof drains! scroll down a few pages and there's already a topic on it :D but if not ................ easiest way to check is to park on the flat, open the sun roof and pour water down the drain holes, if it drains out onto the floor? out of both front wheel arches and from under the rear bumper then it's ok :D if it doesnt and a puddle gathers near a drain hole then you have found the blocked one  poke it clear with a bit of stiffish wire/curtain wire etc and refill the gully to see if it's worked? unless of course you've drilled a hole in the roof recently? :D

I had a similar problem, and thought the water in passenger footwell was from the rain. After much needed help from these guys at Galaxy Forum I solved my problem, it was the joint which connected the two pieces of pipe for the rear windscreen wiper. It runs along the door sills on the passenger side and the connection is just under the dash board over the wheel arch. :D
