Hello all

just wondered if anyone has had the following problem and if so how they fixed it

My gal is a 6 seater and the middle pair of seats where tilted up my son jumped in car folded seat down and jumped on it without locking it in first so now the left hinge is in and the right one is out and now because of that the seat back just swings up and down and not lock also no adjustment on seat back it just clicks

ive tried tugging on the red strap but it just will not release any ideas lads how i can get this out as the seats are also wrong way round so my boys cant use seat belts.

Regards

Try manually operating the bars that operate the seat release mechanism while pulling on the red strap, one of mine has cracked a weld on the release mech! so I use this method to remove the seat

as for the seat back flopping around? the ratchet may have stripped where the little angel jumped on it, if he has broke it take him outside and beat him like a red headed step child till he begs for mercy :D but make sure you use the real soft rubber hose so as not to leave marks :D

have you thought about swapping over the seat belt buckles on the seats? IIRC it can be done! the only thing that makes the rear seats handed are the positions of the seat belt buckles! and I cant see them making a left, right and center seats but one seat that fits all positions with a couple of holes in its frame for the seat belt buckles
