OK so I should have tried harder but the master return injector is blowing through the sealing ring and I cannot get it to move.

 

any suggestions apart from snapping it off and removing the head to push it out from the inside.

 

Help it could get very costly.

 

 

Oh by the way just to keep up the standard that I keep hearing about and give me a chance of getting some help:

Soak it with WD40 and leave it overnight. Or try tapping it with a copper mallet.

 

I had a bastard of a job removing all 4 of mine when I overhaulled my head.

...neil, have you got a crowfoot socket the correct size? If not it would be a VERY good investment (buy quality though!) then you can just use a bigger breaker bar (try localized warming as well with a hot air gun)
